It’s pretty straight forward- we don’t sell, rent, or share personal information with anyone. When we do collect information from you, we do it for the sole purpose of processing your order. We don’t have time to play with any type of spyware and we have no affiliation with any 3rd party marketing company. Nor do we hang out with your mom, your dad, your second-cousin-once-removed-on-your-father-in-law’s-side, your spouse, or your 3rd grade teacher -- so your secrets are mostly safe with us.
The little information we do collect is confidential and encrypted by a technology called Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) so it can be safely transmitted to our secure systems. We take an added precaution by deleting your credit card information once your order has been shipped and your credit card has been charged. That’s why you will be asked to enter your credit card information every time you place an online order with us. We say, “Better safe than sorry!”
When we ask you to log in and request personal and payment information from you on our order form, we do so for billing purposes and to fill your order. This isn’t rocket science people. This contact information is used to get in touch with you in the rare event we’re about to screw something up! Hopefully, you won’t hear from us, which is a good thing.
Although we normally ship orders within 2-3 business days, we are extremely popular, and some flavors are in high demand. Should our inventory be depleted of a particular flavor in your order, we’ll fill everything from your order that is in stock and then backorder the missing flavor. We’ll also shoot you an email to break the bad news, but assure you that we’re working on it! If you would like to receive the item when it becomes available, your credit card will be charged for the backordered item only when it is shipped, and you will not incur additional shipping charges. Please note we will not backorder “New and Seasonal” flavors since some of the natural fruits we use are in fact seasonal. Go figure.
Sorry, the Man insists that we collect a 7.72% sales tax on all orders shipped to Colorado addresses. If you live in the other 47 contiguous states, then you’re safe!
After ordering, your order summary and online receipt will be available for you to print. You may also receive two email confirmations from us. First, we will confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. Then, we will notify you when your order ships so you can track it. If you don’t receive an email, check your junk box before bothering us. And we mean that in the nicest way.
We accept all major credit cards for online and telephone orders. We will not process any credit card order without the 3-digit "Security Code". We don’t accept cash or CODs. However, we do accept personal checks for mail in orders only. Your credit card will be charged after your order has been processed. Do expect a call from us if your order is $100.00 or more to make sure you’re not a trickster!
From time to time, we feel giddy and give out promo codes just because. These codes can last for up to one month in dog years and can be redeemed during the ordering process on the checkout page. Once you enter your promo code, your applicable discount will be factored into your order and will be shown on your order summary.

If, for any reason, you wish to cancel your order while shopping, you can do so anytime up to the final checkout step. Please be advised that all order cancellation requests after submittal will be subject to a 10% restocking charge. Order with care friends, we appreciate it.
We prefer to use USPS and FedEx Ground to ship all packages- the Brown monkeys destroyed one too many packages! For now, we’re offering a sweet flat shipping rate of $5.95 per order- How kool is that for you?
Remember, transit time can vary depending on holidays and/or your delivery area. Once your order has been shipped, you will be notified via email and given a tracking number so you can drive yourself crazy tracking it’s every move.
We only ship within the contiguous 48 states. We won’t ship to your rich uncle in Germany, to P.O Boxes, to "Care Of- C/O" addresses or to APO/FPO addresses- Sorry!
